I ordered from this restaurant last week via DoorDash, but my order was stuck on the confirmation screen. The help button directed me to call the restaurant, but no one answered and their voicemail was full. I then found them on Facebook and sent a message, only to receive a reply saying they were on vacation and to call a different person. That number also went unanswered. I even tried sending a text, but got a response saying that the person didn’t work there. Despite the hassle, the charge still showed up on my credit card. Eventually, I managed to get a refund from DoorDash. What kind of business operates like this? I will never attempt to order from there again. Never.
This was our first time ordering from this restaurant, and we were so excited that we forgot to take a picture! But I have to say, this place is fantastic! I really enjoyed the flavors and textures. We ordered the chicken shawarma platter and the shish tawook platter, and they did not disappoint! The meats were juicy and packed with flavor, and the rice was delicious! I love everything we've tried here! This certainly won’t be our last order!
I order from here 3-4 times a week, and the falafel sandwich and fries are simply wonderful. It’s a fantastic husband and wife team that always greets me with a smile. I ordered food and waited an hour and a half, but it never arrived. I tried calling the restaurant for 40 minutes, but no one picked up, and their voicemail box was full, suggesting they don't answer calls. Delicious! I would recommend everything on the menu. I’m not sure what they do to their chicken, but it’s always savory and tender. The portion sizes are great—definitely enough for a grown man. Plus, their hummus with pita and a little salad is the perfect finishing touch!
I ordered from this restaurant for a work luncheon, and everyone appeared to enjoy their falafel and shawarma platters. I had the kufta platter, and the meat was tender, the rice was light, and the hummus was a lovely addition to the pita.
My go-to place for halal takeout near Hackensack. The chicken kebab is fantastic! The only drawback is that they often change the rice and the combinations for the Mezze platter. I wish they would maintain some consistency.

Absolutely terrible. The staff had a heavy attitude! This isn't the Mazza Falafel we used to know. With the new ownership, the food has really gone downhill!
