I'm in love!. The service is fantastic, the wines extensive and the chefs really know how to consistently give their customers a seventh heaven experience. The barramundi is a favourite and a must try, the ravioli was delicious. The desserts are something of an obsession for me the times I've been... they used to have fresh chocolate truffles (yum! I would suggest the dessert tasting plate where you can experience an affordable one of each ; I think for only $18.As a warning, everything especially the wines they don't do BYO are a bit on the pricey side. I have to say though, it's definitely worth saving your pennies for.
I went to this restaurant for dinner on a Monday night, and it was nearly empty, so it lacked ambiance. The decor could use some updating as it seemed a bit dated. I ordered the wagyu rump, which was good but not particularly memorable. The service was attentive, as expected on a quiet night. Overall, it was just okay, but it lacked something to make it stand out. The prices were reasonable. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great - just average.
Now this was a great surprise. Located below the Hyde Park Inn, across from Hyde Park, I’d passed by it many times. It looked traditional and non-descript. Boasting a Mediterranean menu, I’d never had a reason to try it until we needed a quick meal, but wanted a nice meal, before going to see Riot at the Spiegeltent during the Sydney Festival. My dishes were particularly tasty: beautifully done, very rich meat dishes.
Nice. I had the saffron angel hair pasta; it was delicious but VERY oily, a LOT of olive oil when you're near the end. THe garlic bread was possibly the best i've ever had. and the creme brulee was AMAZINGGGGGGG. The mains were costly, mine cost $33 decent serve. my friend got the ravioli 3 pieces of rav for $29....<br/ <br/ but the service was amazing and i would definitely go back for the creme brulee. Great food superb service. Little known secret tucked away opposite Hyde Park South between the CBD and Haymarket. Modestly priced mains and entrees, great desserts, very obliging staff. I eat there quite regularly, and I'm never disappointed. Worth a visit lunch or dinner.
The restaurant offers fantastic food at affordable prices in Sydney's CBD, with mains priced between $30 to $35. We dined there for lunch on a Friday and despite being busy, the service was excellent. The barramundi dish was particularly delightful.
We really enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lovely. We are happy we decided to come here and will definitely return next time we are in Sydney. Thank you.
Service was fantastic food also. Great if you want to spoil your other half or feel fancy. Consider eating 2 courses however as both myself and my partner were still keen on more food after our mains. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Nice To Be Spoilt. A client took me here a few months ago and I felt spoilt and special. The food was excellent, as was the Italian wine and the service top-notch. I'd definitely make a comeback.
