Not my first choice for lunch. First off. The place is messy. Dirty dishes everywhere. Maybe 8 tables dirty. Couldn't find a spot to sit. The staff was one person short according to the cashier. The crew was working hard but stressing out for falling behind. You have 6 plates of food waiting to be delivered while the gm guy is busy on his phone. The guy in front of me had his order wrong. Took me 10 minutes to ask for a box to go because everyone's panicking. Why can chik fila do such a good job and places like this you don't know what's going to happen. Will my food be hot? Will my food be correct? Will they overcharge? Do I need to worry about hair in my food because the kitchen staff does...
I ordered the 2 for and they raised the prices almost 5.00 , and don't tell you. I paid 14.75 for something that was 10.45. Then after I pick up my food I get back to work and I have no chips for the tortilla soup. I call and he says I will refund a dollar to your card. The new owners are definitely not with the times, and wish the old owners still had possession. They were amazing!!!!! Workers are amazing new owners not so much. Time to find a new spud shop.
Today was my first time ever trying McAlister's. The staff taking orders were super friendly and helpful not just to myself but other customers. I'm glad I got here about 5 minutes before noon because it was busy after that. I ordered the New Yorker with a side of chips and potato salad with a peach sweet tea. Everything tasted great and my sandwich portion was big too. I could only eat half. I will definitely be back to try other times off the menu.
McAllister's has the most delicious, most craveable sandwiches anywhere. Their potato salad is the best I've ever had. Their famous tea is the best as well. Gotta try them.

Inside was large and clean, service was a bit slow but they were busy. Sandwich was good, I ordered the spicey turkey and a side of broccoli. Sandwich was large and hot.
Every time I've ordered a pickle with my sandwich, it gets ignored. The food was decent, have had better from here. The baked potato was overdone, not burnt, but hard.
We are vegetarian grandparents who find it difficult to find a menu that satisfies the traditional wishes of our grandchildren. We both love the Brooky bars.
Very good food, good service. Only complaint was 50-70% of the tables had not been cleaned off. This was around 12:15

Great sandwich and more shop. Clean and new. I had the Reuben and it was big and good. Filling. Recommend.
I love the chicken salad croissants here! And the blt with a big Savannah chopped salad.
