I ordered from this restaurant for the first time based on recommendations, hoping to use them for a company event. I opted for the curbside pickup, but I ended up having to get out of my car to check on my order since no one came out. My $15 sandwich was just sitting there waiting for me. When I finally opened it, I was really disappointed. The bread was barely toasted and the sandwich was assembled very messily. I was also expecting Swiss cheese to be included, but it wasn’t. To top it all off, the sandwich was cold—probably because it had been sitting on a shelf, which was why I had to go inside to retrieve it. For $15, along with a side of store-bought potato salad, I expected a lot more...
I came across a review that gave this place 2 stars simply because someone had trouble finding it and parking. It's hard to believe! The entire building, aside from the first floor, is dedicated to parking. Some people just shouldn’t voice their opinions! On to the food—I've had the best chili and Avocado BLT here. My wife's pastrami was also fantastic and incredibly generous in size; it felt like I was eating a giant sandwich with just two slices of bread holding it together! The managers, Linda and Michelle, were very professional and made sure that quality was a top priority. I’ll definitely be returning!
I'm writing this review because the quality does not match the high price. The sandwich arrived looking like it had been squashed and tossed into the bag. This was my first and likely last visit. I ordered curbside, but there isn't a proper curbside service, as I still had to call to let them know I had arrived. Given the cost, I expected much better. It feels overpriced for what you actually get.
I had the pleasure of being taken out to lunch yesterday, and we decided to go to McAlister's. Since it was my first time there, I looked over the menu and was recommended the MEMPHIAN. What an incredible sandwich! It was packed with tasty turkey, ham, and roast beef, along with all the classic sandwich toppings. I was really impressed and will definitely be returning!

We were the only customers in the restaurant during our visit. My daughter ordered a half sandwich and a salad, accompanied by sweet tea. The tea was fantastic, and the salad was decent, but the sandwich was quite small—only a couple of bites worth. Given the overall price, we won't be returning. The potatoes are still excellent, but they are on the expensive side.
The sandwiches and sides at this restaurant are fantastic! They also serve large cups of delicious sweet tea. Keep in mind that this location can get quite busy, especially with online orders, so there may be a wait for those dining in, even if there are empty tables. However, the food is definitely worth the wait.
I visited for the first time yesterday, and it was fantastic! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, the service was quick and friendly, and the cleanliness of the place was impressive. I would really appreciate it if they opened a location in Brandon—we definitely need a good deli!
My favorite sandwich here is the Club—it's always fresh, and the potato salad is excellent. Today, I drove 20 miles just to get my sandwich. It's really that good!
