This afternoon, we received outstanding customer service from Jalexus. It's been a long time since I've experienced such excellent service anywhere. She was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to care for us and all her other customers. The food was good too, but her service truly elevated the whole experience. My daughter and I were both impressed by how amazing she was. With how rare good customer service has become, it was so refreshing to have such a wonderful experience.
This afternoon, we experienced the best customer service from Jalexus. I can't recall the last time I received such excellent service anywhere. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us and all of her customers. The food was good, but her service truly elevated the experience. My daughter and I were amazed by how wonderful she was. I've grown so used to poor customer service that it felt refreshing to have such a fantastic experience.
I absolutely loved the atmosphere at the restaurant! They played 50s music while my mom and I were eating, and it was a blast. It was fun to see the older patrons who could name every song and artist. It felt just like being at Dave's Burgers, but with a deli sandwich menu. We had a great time together! We tried the McAlister’s Spicy Turkey Melt and the Smoke Pepper Jack Turkey sandwich, and they were fantastic! What a wonderful day with my mom!
Mcalister's Deli is quite enjoyable. Although they've removed some of my favorites from the menu, such as the Big Nasty and the Potato Ole', I still rate them highly. Their iced tea is excellent. If you place a to-go order, make sure to double-check it; I ordered the cucumber tomato salad as a side but ended up with a fruit cup when I got home. The prices are a little high – $10 for a medium-sized chicken Caesar salad – but it was truly delicious. I have no complaints. They even use real salt and pepper grinders, which is a nice touch. Plus, I got to enjoy my meal with some Milli Vanilli playing in the background! Blame it on the rain, yeah!

Exceptional comfort food! I ordered the loaded baked potatoes, and they were absolutely delicious. The customer service was also quite good.

This is a fantastic spot for enjoying a salad, sandwich, or soup. The staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous.
