OMG I came here just to grab a sweet tea with lemon and soon as I open the door they was so happy to see me greeted me with a smile. The nice lady at the register was so so overwhelmly sweet and I really appreciate her sincere heart of customer service as well as the manager on duty. So as I'm getting ready to prepare myself to pay for my sweet tea The manager on duty is like Oh it's on me today and I just thought that was so sweet of him. You really can't go to a restaurant anymore and receive exceptional customer service on top of someone just give you a free item just for being patient.
I called wanting to modify an order I was going to place for delivery through a delivery service. I wasn’t able to modify what I wanted through the app, but the man who answered the phone told me to give him the name and he would take care of the changes. He was SO nice and so willing to help, which was a breathe of fresh air. A+ service. I wish I had asked for the man’s name because his customer service skills and attitude are amazing. Thank you, sir! Kindness goes a long way! I will definitely be giving this place more business.
I cannot praise the service we received enough today. We typically order takeout from this restaurant during the week and enjoy the food, but today we decided to dine in for lunch. The customer service was exceptional! Everyone we encountered, from the counter staff to the servers bringing out our food, was incredibly nice and kind. It was truly a delightful experience. Thanks to the exceptional customer service, I felt like I was dining in a fancy restaurant. It truly made my day.
The worst customer service I've had at a place of business in a long time. Very rude management and not helpful at all. Employees yelling at customers an making customers look through orders!!!!!! A wonderful, wonderful dining experience. Delicious food, great service. I met a friend who I'd not seen for a while, so we were there for an extended period of time. But we never felt rushed or unwelcome. A great recommendation for a quick meal or an extended conversation and fellowshipping.
I set my standard of McAlister's deli from the Surfside Beach sc store. This store was no where near the quality nor the cleanliness of that branch. Bathrooms were disgusting. The Club I ordered was ok. The country potato soup was lacking potatos. 1/2 star at best.
I always love McAllister. Unfortunately, they broke my heart today. Amid the busy lunch rush, they forgot my pickle. ???????????? But the sandwich was so amazing, I overlooked the mishap, and chalked it up to just one of those unavoidable things that happen.
Staff was extremely friendly accommodating. The food was not good. The Four cheese melt was far from melted. The soup ???? was not horrible but not good either. If it weren't for the staff being so great this would definitely get a 1 star ?? Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Must try sandwich shop! Carson at the register deserves a raise for his outstanding performance! I would recommend this place to everyone, fast and friendly service. Definitely will be back!
