It is so sad that eating establishments in North county lack customer service. Apparently these establishments have poor management. They allow their workers to be rude and disrespectful. We ordered on line and when my husband went inside to getthe order no one acknowledged him. There were two workers front line and a cook. The girl was actually sitting down when hecame in and she ignored him and started talking on the phone. She did not say hello or I 'll be with you in a moment. And to makeit worse she had an attitude. I hate to say this but black young people are so lazy and they do not care. I will not ever cometo this location again. the veggie spud was missing most of the veggies and it wasnt the same sauce stuff thats usually on it. what they put on it was so little that I really ended up with a dry plain potato with lots of tomatoes on it. I had to add more cheese sauce to get a few bites of the potato to help it out, which wasnt the taste I am used to with this order. So I ended up popping popcorn and drinking my black cherry lemonade. The Lemonade was very good!
Potato was overly cooked. Put the wrong lid on the soup which caused it to spill all in the bag. Customer service was horrible. The cashier barely talked and acted as if she didn't want to talk to anyone. Never got the cookie for the kids meal. Wouldn't go back to this location

After waiting for 45 minutes, is this really what I received? Just one thin slice of turkey? This is absolutely outrageous. After spending another 15 minutes on hold, I was told, "Well, that's how it is." You really need to reevaluate your customer service.
Overall, everything was pretty good. However, the nachos were just okay—not particularly impressive. On the other hand, the mac and cheese was fantastic!
Food is always great. Exactly what you order. Staff friendly and always ready to get you a frank refill. Best tea ever!!!!!!
My club was amazing as always. Delicious tea and cookie. And I got a straw! Which doesnt always happen in DoorDash.

I've always enjoyed the Savannah salad with chipotle sauce! It's one of my favorite salads, and it's always fresh.
The sandwiches were great and the young lady at the register seemed very sweet.
