I took my brother out to celebrate his first legal beer since he just turned 21 yesterday. Unfortunately, the server refused to serve him because he wouldn't accept vertical IDs, even though my brother's ID is valid until November. As someone who has completed the ServSafe Alcohol Training and worked as a bartender, I know that a valid ID should include the following: the owner's birthday, a current date (not expired), a photo, a signature, and it must be intact. It's worth noting that the same ID was accepted just yesterday at the Pantry Lane in the same plaza. This experience was just ridiculous.
I visited on Tuesday night for their $7 burger special, and you really can't beat that! The burgers were excellent. However, we ordered jalapeño poppers for $14, and they weren't what I expected—they weren't the best choice. There was also a trivia night happening, and the host had the speaker turned up so loud that it was quite uncomfortable. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
Food is great but the service is even better. Mark P was our server and was absolutely incredible and attentive. He was quick and efficient with our service and he went above and beyond. He noticed I left my charger behind and ran out to the parking lot to give it to me before I left. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming again.
The food is consistently excellent. I really enjoy the chicken pasta dish, and the cheese curds are also very tasty. Lunch can be a bit pricey, but let's be honest, everything seems expensive these days. As for parking, it’s generally fine, but it can vary depending on the time you visit.

Food was good. Service was great. Server was on top of things, our glasses did not get empty. Food came out quick and tasted good. It was clean inside. Will be going back.
We had the bottomless fish chips that couldn't be beat! Came out so hot, even blowing on it, didn't help! So delicious! Drinks were really good too!
The menu is extensive! The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I will definitely come back to try more items from the menu.
