Food was ****, service was ****. Food was late and we were missing part of our order. We phoned up and complained and they had the cheek to hang up on us. When the rest of our order turned up half and hour after the rest of the food turned up the person didn’t even apologise just gave us our order and a ten pound refund, from a sixty quid order. The worst part was they tried to blame the part of the order missing on the pandemic. No no you can’t blame the pandemic on you cooking our food **** and missing part of our order. I will never order food from this restaurant again. The food was disgustingly poor, with tasteless Singapore noodles and bland chicken and cashew nuts. All three dishes were filled with unwanted chunks of carrot and bland vegetables. The crispy chili beef dish was less than half full. Overall, my takeout experience was tasteless, underwhelming, and disappointing. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning. If you enjoy bland, poor quality food, then maybe this is the place for you.
Don't believe what the website tells you when it gives you a time for delivery the system doesn't work. Don't bother calling up to chase. When we did 10 minutes after the delivery time we were given, they hadn't even started cooking our order yet and blamed a failing IT system that our expectation was wrong. Don't bother offering to pick up they say Covid doesn't allow that. So, failing delivery time, terrible customer service, hiding behind Covid. Will not be going back. 100
We ordered delivery from the Aldershot location. Unfortunately, our order arrived missing a main item. After calling to complain, the missing item was delivered 30 minutes later, after we had already finished eating. It was disappointing that there was no free bag of prawn crackers offered as an apology, especially considering how inexpensive they are. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Rude guy on the phone. Made my whole family sick and was overpriced NEVER AGAIN !! The ribs were nothing but fat and the only decent thing about the service was the delivery driver he was lovely. The man I placed my order with for over £50 huffed and puffed when I asked for information on some additional dishes. Bad attitude worse food very bland.
I thoroughly enjoyed the food at this restaurant! I especially loved the meaty ribs and crispy duck. The portions were very generous and lasted me 2 days. I have been a customer for several years now and have never been disappointed. The delivery was also on time. Thank you!
I've been to this take away on various occasions no complaint ref the food But my complaint rests with the front of house receptionist he is rude abrubt and basically deeply offensive. If he worked for me I'd dismiss him immediately. Get rid of him hes awful
