The waitstaff are constantly going up and down the stairs, so it’s always a bit unpredictable whether they’ll be available to serve you upstairs. It would be helpful if they had a system to keep track of what customers need, as we waited about 15 minutes to place our order when it was quite empty upstairs. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this. Aside from that, I really love the restaurant!
Pre arena meal, 4 diners. We arrived slightly late prior to which the restaurant rangvti check we where on the way. Plenty choose from on the menu and we each chose something different to eat, food was fresh and hot. 2 of my sides were missing, but soon remedied. We will return
My lady friend and I had our tea upstairs at a lovely table under the window, before going to see The Bodyguard at the hull new theatre, highly recommended, delicious food and pleasant polite staff. Many thanks

McCoys was a great place for having my birthday meal out with family. The service was great and staff were very attentive. Food was lovely and well worth the money, there was lots of choice
