I'm surprised people have had bad experiences because I have been here 3 times and have had nothing but amazing experience! However: I only order on the app for curbside pickup. I work around the area and only have 30 min lunch and the drive through is always packed! I always place a mobile order and have my food within 5 minutes! No joke. I think they might prioritize mobile orders or something so I recommend you use that
During my visit, I observed that the staff were not very welcoming to the homeless. I ended up giving a dollar to a homeless man who looked truly worn out from the heat. Even though I made a purchase, I was not permitted to charge my cell phone. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing.
It seems the staff still aren’t very friendly or attentive, and the food often has problems. I ordered a large fries, and every single fry was overly crunchy, which means several orders must have been like this. It’s disappointing and a waste of nearly $3.

If you order a dip with your nuggets be prepared to ALWAYS get BBQ. No matter how many times you tell them you want something else. When you AGAIN ask for the correct dip, be prepared for 2 or 3 even if you ordered 40 nuggets.
The iced caramel macchiato here is only matched by Starbucks' Bucks. Prepared exactly as I wanted. The customer service was excellent. I’m giving four stars because I didn’t get a chance to try the food.
DROUGISSE ONLY! Since July 2022, they are only accepting government orders, and the building doors are locked. You cannot use your mobile order to skip the line with your car. Please be patient.

If I don’t remember to ask for sauce with my 20-piece order, I never get it. This has happened far too many times, and it’s really frustrating.
