I was quite disappointed with the customer service during my visit. I decided to give the pumpkin spice latte a try, but I was let down to find that the cup was only three-quarters full and lukewarm. When I mentioned this to the cashier, he insisted that this was how it was supposed to be. He also seemed hesitant to warm it up in the microwave when I requested it. To make matters worse, there was barely any pumpkin spice flavor; I only discovered the syrup settled at the bottom of the cup after I finished most of it. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I have no intentions of returning.
The quality of food here is consistently good, but I had a disappointing experience with one staff member at the drive-thru window. I encountered an issue with her responsiveness to customer needs. I repeatedly requested that I not receive a plastic spoon with my meal, and while she acknowledged my request, I still found a plastic spoon in my order when it was handed to me. This has always been my go-to place whenever I'm in Miami, as I grew up nearby, so it’s unfortunate that today's experience was tarnished by the rudeness of one employee.
I recently visited a McDonald's drive-thru to pick up a McChicken for my granddaughter, and I must say that my interaction with the delightful young man working there left a positive impression on me about today’s youth. He was both charismatic and patient, traits that made him well-suited for his role. I truly enjoyed my experience. He introduced himself as Alexander. Typically, people in similar positions are often rushed and irritable, but he was the complete opposite. It was excellent service and a wonderful experience overall!

I visited McDonald’s recently and was disappointed to find no sauce and no meat on my order. I understand there might be shortages, but other McDonald’s locations still have sauce and meat available. It’s surprising since McDonald’s is famous for the Big Mac, and they didn’t even have meat. I come here often, but the customer service has definitely declined. I’m considering switching to the Wendy’s next door from now on. The McDonald’s menu here is just not up to standard anymore.

The woman is skilled at handling dollar refunds (those cookies were a bit overpriced), but she could improve her customer service skills. My suggestion for her is to take a spoonful of honey each morning to help her have a friendlier attitude. On a bright side, the oatmeal was absolutely delicious!
