Worst McDonald?s I ever been to in my life ,first they forgot my food when I went today in the morning I would have understood if they was super busy but they were not busy at all and then when I checked my receipt I was getting charged 10%on taxes (tax1of 6% and tax2 of 4% when I questioned the taxes they told me that it something they started in January, but it?s funny how Iwent to another McDonald?s in the Woodbridge area and there was only one tax charge on my receipt, so if you do not want to getripped off DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION save your self the time and headache no fast food location should charge 10 percent ontaxes when the state tax is 6
The manager and employees have no intelligence at all. I ordered a sundaes for my kids. They gave me ice cream in a cup with no toppings. I complained and several people working there claim it?s their ?plain sundae?. Seriously!? There?s no such thing as a plain sundae and it?s not what I ordered. That?s just a cup of ice cream. Straight up ignorance! I even looked at the menu online and at the menu at the location. Plain sundae is not listed anywhere because there is no such thing. Justifying incompetence and ignorance is beyond disbelief. Won?t go there again. I used to work in a restaurant and I know what a sundae is.
It doesn?t matter how many sauces you ask for on your online order you will always get none.I used to have to order 5 to get one at the max now I get none. Go to register they will charge you but on the online orders they are free. Sauces are the newMcFlurry. They seem to always not be able to provide. I now have a family dinner with no sauce. I know how annoying commentcards are for a business as I manage a food shop myself but something this simple shouldn?t be a common occurrence
Worst experience ever. I ordered a big Mac no middle bun and fries. The sandwich came without the middle bun but it also was missing the 2nd beef patty. Fries were dry as dust. I had to get out my car to go in and ask for fresh fries. No I am sorry 'or even thank you for waiting . I was just dropped my bag and no eye contact. Never again.

This was the worst meal ever. 10 minutes ago we picked up food from this place, order 1206, the fries were freezing and old the burger was cold and sloppy, all this was uneaten and thrown in trash. We will not be coming here if this is the type of servicewe can expect
