This location needs to be overhauled on their staff. The drive-through staff I have encountered left a lot to be desired. They are more worried about talking and goofing around rather than getting an order correct. The food was McDonald's, if you haven't had it, you have been living under a rock. There was nothing around quick after a baseball game, so McDonald's it was.
The place is pretty clean, food mostly accurate, and staff generally pleasant. But I’ve grown weary of them not knowing how to fill a drink cup. I regularly get a drink handed to me that has nearly 25% empty space at the top, even for non-fizzy drinks like sweet tea. I’m not sure if it’s laziness or a strategy to save a few pennies but either way kinda ridiculous.
Would have been better if they had their ordering kiosk open. I brought a bus load of kids 630am, and we all had to wait in line to order rather than use 1 of the 4 ordering kiosks that were all not working
The service is slow and not very accommodating. The food is cold and the large fry wasn't even half full. Yeah, seriously.
It was super clean. Employees were super friendly and the burgers were delicious. Fries were crispy and hot, just right.
Is it that hard to slap a slice of cheese ? 2 sandwiches with out the cheese I had paid for!!
I always know what to expect at McDonalds. I love to go for the vanilla cone.
