Rarely get my food fresh here. As soon as they give you your food they always just walk away and doesn't ask if we need anything which I'm always stuck at the window waiting for a minute or more for someone to come back to ask for something they they always forget. It gets a little irritating when some staff have no problem giving me extra sauce and other staff says that we have to get charged for it and it's always at this location that wants to charge for sauce. Any other location I go to has never mentioned anything about charging for sauce.
I’m completely done with this restaurant. My orders have been messed up several times and they always arrive cold. I ordered a burger without pickles and ended up with one that had eight pickles. Tonight, I requested a chicken sandwich with cheese, but instead, I received a sandwich with mayonnaise, lettuce, and cheese. Where’s my chicken? I specifically ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese, not one with mayonnaise.
I understand that I might have to wait for the lunch menu due to my limited schedule in the morning. However, waiting 30 minutes for the menu to switch to lunch only to wait an additional 5 minutes for the self-service kiosk to update is frustrating. Then, when I finally get to the cashier, they tell me to sit and wait another 10 minutes just for an order of fries. This is absolutely ridiculous.
there are some happy workers, but the rest see and act constantly as they hate there. I just want that eating hasn't been stressful by getting the workers hired. a smile on one of those faces would be nice and a order that is not wrong? Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

They screwed up my drink order. Had to tell them Large Dr Pepper 3 times. Result? It was not Dr Pepper. I was in the drive through and on my way to pick up my grandson from school and it wasn't worth going back again
