Today, I went through the drive-thru and was asked to park in front to wait for my order—no problem there. When a young employee brought my food, I realized it was missing some items. I mentioned it to him, but he hesitated to inform the manager because he feared her reaction; she would yell at him and likely refuse to let him retrieve the missing items. So, I decided to go inside to collect the items myself. What I witnessed was truly disturbing. The manager was openly belittling and berating the staff, using harsh and derogatory language. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The staff are extremely rude and have a terrible attitude. I placed a mobile order for the wrong location, and when I went inside to inform them, the employee told me I had to cancel it—something the app doesn’t allow. She was very dismissive and said there was nothing she could do, despite the fact that I know it’s possible because I’ve done it before. She seemed lazy and unwilling to help. Additionally, on a previous occasion, I placed a mobile order and received an empty bag with no food in it. When I brought this to their attention, they didn’t even apologize; they simply handed me my sandwich without any acknowledgment of the mistake.

Nothing worse than trying to communicate with someone who 1. Don't like their job and 2. Don't have a clue to how to communicate with the public......It helps if you have a personality and you show your customers some respect. You would be surprised at how far that will go when you are working with the public.Why isn't anyone wearing hairnets?? Long hair dangling over the food is such a turn off.The food was ok but the chocolate shake was more like a glass of chocolate milk. So disappointing!I went thru the drive thru

The staff seems fortunate to be employed there, but the individuals preparing the food appear indifferent to what they are serving, which is quite apparent. Dining in felt reminiscent of a prison cafeteria. (They even require you to be buzzed into the restroom!) Additionally, they don’t provide straws, napkins, or ketchup unless you specifically request them. With this kind of customer service, McDonald's may soon find itself closing its doors... cutting corners will inevitably drive customers away. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The manager there maybe has the worst customer service ever! I told her fresh nuggets and this is the second time its like she hears what she wants to hear and always got a attitude... like if you hate your job then do something else... old dry nuggets...she needs a vacation.... permanently this isn't the job for her... only if they had negative stars

09/12/2022 On this visit I used the drive-thru. It does get long sometimes, this is because it is next to the freeway. They usually get you thru quickly. The quarter pounder was good and the fries were hot. The customer service was above average. Theperson who served me was nice and friendly. The outside area was neat and clean.

The drive through was staffed by an entitled and rude millennial. Won't be stopping at this McD's ever again. The hash browns were very brown, must have doubled up on the time in the deep fry, or deep fry oil needed change, or worse yet, they're talking them out from under the sun lamps and reheating them in the deep frier.

Only one stall in the bathroom? I viewed McDonald's as one of the few bastions where you can reliably use the bathroom on a roadtrip, but that perspective is clearly incorrect because there was only one stall in the bathroom and I had to wait ages touse it. The restaurant was out of ketchup, there was no toilet paper in the restroom, and I noticed a lack of courtesy from both the staff and other customers.
