During our vacation, we made a point to steer clear of chain restaurants whenever we could. However, one day we found ourselves running late and needed a quick breakfast to get back on the road. This was the first two-story McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. The food was the same as any McDonald’s in the US, so there wasn’t anything particularly unique about that. However, we did enjoy the experience of dining in an unusual building and sitting on the second floor, where we could take in the view.
like any other McDonald manager asked me about my order, so I asked to give me a moment. then an older Caucasian man goes after me. I say I am ready and she goes directly to the man behind me and takes his command as in any kind of spirit. I thought it should come first to serve. wonder why this happened? no good example for their employees. you have to make mcdonald and the pommes better? was cold??
I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The service was quick and efficient. The food was delicious, and the drive-thru was both fast and well-organized. The staff members were very friendly, which added to the overall positive experience.
The Food is good and the staff is very Friendly. The paper straws are useless though I think they should go back to plastic straws. They should Put the soda Machine back and put more tables and Chairs on the First Floor.

The two-story McDonald's is excellent! I truly enjoy visiting—it’s always spotless, and the service is fast. Additionally, the American staff speak English fluently.

This is my favorite McDonald's in Norwalk. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is well maintained.
