Mcdonald's - Tisch reservieren

I have been coming to this location for years and the level of disgust that I have right now is unbelievable. My husband went through the drive through today 12/4 and was served hotcakes for my son with a bite mark taken out of it. One of the employees had taken a bite mark out of it and put the hotcake on the bottom so it couldn 't be seen until it was already being eaten. We called the store, obviously. Horrified. Did call and speak to management as well. If could give this McDonald's zero stars, it absolutely deserves it. I'm not sure who the guy was that was running the front of the store, but it was 2 o'clock on Monday the 23rd October 2023- reddish blonde hair. I ordered a happy meal and a soda, after waiting at mobile order spot one for over 12 minutes, I got a receipt saying that my order has been given to me. I went into the store, and my happy meal was on the counter, but my drinks weren't there. He said the drink machine wasn't working, so he asked me if I could fill my cups myself. Just fine. I love McDonalds french fries, so my husband asked if I wanted some fries......yes of course was my reply. Driving back home from Nampa, we had already passed a few McDonalds but he wanted to go to the one closest to home. Went thru the drive through, ordered the large fries, paid, then at the window the clerk said, Park around the corner because we are making a new batch of fries and we will bring them out to you. I had a coupon that was gonna be valid in 2 minutes. The manager didn't honor it saying there was nothing they can do. I've been a restaurant manager for 10 years. Don't lie to my face. Get the hell out of here.

Ordered a Happy Meal with a plain cheeseburger. I specifically asked for only meat, cheese and bun. Received one with ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions. Also Happy Meal did not have apples.
