I was truly shocked by the conditions at the McDonald's in Werder an der Havel. The hygiene left a lot to be desired – several employees in the kitchen were coughing nonstop, without masks or any protective measures. That's unacceptable, especially in a restaurant! To make matters worse, my order was missing two items – both times the fries. How could that possibly happen? You pay for something and just don't get it. The staff were also extremely unfriendly and overwhelmed. No smile, no apology, no willingness to help. Instead, they practically snapped at you when you asked politely. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Wir gehen oft zum Frühstück zu McDonald's, wenn wir unterwegs sind, aber so ein schlechtes Frühstück hatten wir noch nie. Es gab keinen Zucker und keine Milch, wir mussten die Schokolade umtauschen, usw. ... die Hälfte unseres Essens war kalt.
IMMER, IMMER, IMMER überprüfen, ob man alles hat. Schon zwei Portionen Pommes scheinen eine kognitive Überforderung zu sein. Besonders, da diese von der Qualität sind, die dafür gemacht ist, 12 Stunden warmzuhalten.
