Today, I ordered a breakfast meal and when I arrived, I decided to place another order. By the time I reached the first window, both orders were already ready. The staff has consistently been friendly. Mistakes can happen, and the only error I've encountered was on one occasion when they forgot the mayo on my McChicken, which I think is pretty impressive overall.
I dined inside once, and it was clean and quick. I got some fries and, even at 8:40 PM, they were fresh, crispy, and salty. I wanted to give a shout-out to this place since they have such a low score.
Horrible customer service and poor management (based on the speech and attitude of the employees which clearly reflects no training whatsoever) Will never return! Gal in charge of the drive thru had such a poor attitude and speech that I keptdriving-Not going to Mc Donald?s to be spoken down to in drive thru!
Worst McDonald's in my life. Always get the orders wrong. I ordered hamburger for myself and my child hamburger happy meal with extra fries. Nothing but just hamburger happy meal with no extra fries and the extra burger. What kind of staff are they running? Terrible.
Been coming here for a while before work great customer service!!! today was not my day my car stopped in the middle of there drive thru!! Thankfully the staff and manager helped me push the car to the side thank u so much!!??????

I’ve ordered through the drive-thru via the app several times, and each time this location either included the wrong item or skipped something altogether!
I'm here at 10:40, they don't close until 11:00, but they close early like every place on california, that's seems to be how they do business here.
The presence of homelessness really detracts from the atmosphere. It seems that searching for drugs takes priority over seeking employment.
