A serious incident occurred during our visit: An employee spilled two Coca-Cola cups on my wife while serving, significantly soiling her clothes. Instead of immediately apologizing or offering assistance, the server immediately left. Only after the shift manager was involved was our order replaced and a belated apology was offered. I had placed a pickup order through Liefernado. Unfortunately, the employee at the counter didn't speak German, which made communication significantly more difficult. This led to misunderstandings, and I had to wait for the delivery person. After I was able to clarify the situation with the delivery person, the employee retreated, embarrassed. This experience highlights a fundamental problem at McDonald's: Some employees are neither able to communicate with customers nor sufficiently familiar with their own ordering system. Simply looking for the name or order number would have been enough.
I think the shop is good but what I find ridiculous is that they don't deliver to Brambauer if you want to order via liferando, apparently it's too far away even though Brambauer is only 15 minutes away and belongs to Lünen, even the competition Bürger King nearby delivers to Brambauer, it's a real shame, it would be nice if it would be changed, that's why only two stars

Just a standard McD. Unfortunately, the wait at the drive-thru is often extremely long (today it took almost 15 minutes to get there), and the burgers aren't hot anymore, more like lukewarm at best. Furthermore, the interior isn't particularly appealing anymore, so I'd rather not sit there.
Die Bestellung funktionierten ohne Abfertigungssystem besser. Aber vielleicht ist das nur subjektiv. Es ist nicht alles früher schlecht gewesen.
Very poor service, unfriendly staff, and long wait times despite few customers. All in all, not recommended.
