The line in the drive through was long and the restaurant was really busy, even inside. Despite the long lines in the drive thru, it seems to move fast, which is really nice, so I would not have to wait long for my turn and, of course, for the food. When I was ordering, I noticed that the staff were not friendly. She is somehow nice, I think, and she is also not rude, and as long as she is not rude, it is good for me. I've been a regular at this McDonald's for years, but today I had a very disappointing experience. A young lady, who I later found out is named Daniela, spoke to her employees in a very disrespectful and harsh manner while I was placing my order. I could hear her insulting them, which was quite unsettling. When I asked for her name, she just laughed and walked away. I then tried to get help from another employee, but communication was difficult due to their limited English. It felt like a complete failure on McDonald's part. At the drive through window at 10:45 pm and no one answer until I said hello 4 times. Ordered 2 big macs and 20 nuggets. Came to the pick up window, the music was loud and they forgot my big mac and only gave me the nuggets. Reversed my car to ask for my 2 sandwiches and the girl without checking my order decided to give me ONE big mac instead of 2 that I ordered. I had to reminded her that it was 2! Man, how hard was it to make my simple order right. But, I guess the loud music that they played could be distracting for them.
It was actually quite enjoyable. The drive-thru had a lot of cars in both lanes, but the lines moved surprisingly quickly. The food was hot as well.

They take your order quickly, but then you end up waiting at the door for 10 minutes, only to receive your order completely incorrect.
McDonald's is always a great spot for a quick bite, and for kids, it’s the first place that comes to mind. I absolutely love it!
Even with two drive through lines, drive through service can be slow. I find it easier to park an go inside to order.
