This location is consistently one of the WORST McDonald's restaurants I go to. I don't know why I kept coming back here, other than it's conveniently located. Unfortunately the convenient location just doesn't make up for all the hassle with the incorrect orders or transaction issues. Twice, they've gotten my orders wrong when I order at the drive thru; omitting an item in one order, and give me a completely incorrect item (a McDouble instead of a spicy crispy chicken sandwich) the second time. Two other times I ordered at the drive thru, they got my order correct, though they were a little slower than average. McDonald 's isn 't healthy it 's a once in a while but after today 's customer experience I 'm definitely no longer interested in being a customer. Mid order in the drive way the girl went silent and restarted my entire order. As I approached the pay window my order was completely wrong the lady supposed fix it.. dummy me did not check receipt bc I thought ok it 's fixed I get to the pick up window completely wrong order. I looked at the receipt and yup missing one whole entry ... I was asked to move to the side no apologies etc... I told them you know what it 's ok here take what you gave me and just give me a refund... Very rude she rolled her eyes and asks who I assume a manager in a refl...
The absolute worst McD ever. It should be burned to the ground and replaced with a Wendys. I cannot tell you how many times they have ripped me off. Every time they say go talk to the manager . And yes, the manager will refund my money. It used to be they would throw in an extra pie or something to make up for the inconvenience. They must have been costing them too much because they don 't do that anymore. I 'm sick of talking to the manager . They are always difficult to find and it usually involves quite a wait. The last incident? I ordered on the app and paid. Went there and the place was closed. And on that day I was in a hurry.
Honestly, I don't understand why this place has a rating of 1.7 stars. It's affordable, and the food is quite decent for what you pay. My favorite item on the menu is the fries. There are times when the service can be frustrating; for instance, I visited today, and for some reason, none of the orders were being processed, which delayed my meal. However, most of the time, the experience is pretty good. The ambiance is really pleasant, and I appreciate the culture and vibe of the whole place. Additionally, the tables are clean about 99 percent of the time, and the lighting is fantastic.

Clearly disorganized (I paid for the wrong food on 3 different occasions). Only thing consistent in is getting orders wrong (received incomplete or wrong order entirely on multiple occasions including when getting food delivered). Don't go when it's busy because they will have attitude and will not get your order right!
Drive-through customer service is always horrible. If you come in the morning hours there is a lady that sits in a chair that can't even reach your car so 90% of the time your change gets dropped on the ground.
This sucks I hate this place the last time I ate I threw up I wish I can give this 0 stars and McDonald's you cannot change my experience this is just hot lit garbage and I hope they close down.
I had to wait much too long for my fast food order, and when it finally arrived, my burger was missing the patty. The location was 1 Yorktown Shopping Center, Lombard, IL 60148.
