There is always a little bit caos in this location, the last time I went there they forgot to give me my order, I ordered online in advance then after waiting there for more than 30 or 40 minutes my order disappeared from the screens and the guy went to look for that, when I opened my order the food was almost cold. He apologized for the delay that was the only nice thing... The location was so crowded and the people waiting for so long and yelling to the staff. At least that time they didn't forget any item as other times happened.
It was all good experience entil this blond hair fat Spanish speaking woman arrived at the counter. No restroom？It said no public restroom，but I paid for my food. Most disappointment is that she said no tray？A simple tray to get food to the table and she said no？Get out of Mcdonald，even other McDonalds with lower rating has better service than her.
But by the drive, seemed clean, was not a great line at the time I went, which was really late at 11:45. Expected at this time dried frits and a bad burger, but was psyched that it was all hot and fresh. I'm barely going in when I go to McDonalds at night. For that alone, five stars.
The staff is great and accommodating what's crazy considering how much traffic they get. Love they're bilingual. I don't speak Spanish, but they host customers who do what's beautiful. Food is good and they are ready to help you with the kiosks
