I've visited many McDonald's locations, but this was the first time I had an employee personally handing me my order and wishing me a great day. The cashier was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. This was my first experience at the Allendale McDonald's, and it definitely won't be my last! The service was excellent, the staff were fantastic, and the food was hot! I think the employees at the Spring Lake McDonald's could really benefit from some training from the Allendale team. GO ALLENDALE McDONALD'S!!!
I took my pregnant wife to satisfy one of her cravings, and we brought along our 7-month-old puppies. While we were getting our drinks, the drive-thru employee noticed our dogs and asked if we wanted a pup cup. I agreed, although I had no idea what it was. To my surprise, she pulled out two ice cream cups and filled them with whipped cream. My dogs absolutely loved it! I had no idea this was a thing!
Visiting from out of town, almost didn't go to this location due to the reviews, but I'm glad we did. There were no issues, food was hot the order was correct. Tried over and over to give them a chance. I always stop for breakfast when I'm running behind. I've gotten a system is down issue 5 times in the last month or so. They are not fast and constantly get the order wrong. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As far as McDonald's goes this is one of the worst. Never had my order right. Always something missing or just straight up wrong. Great customer service but terrible at taking orders. Food: 1 Service: 4
