At 7:30 PM, the restaurant was very dirty, and the staff were busy chatting amongst themselves. I waited for about 2-3 minutes when a young man approached me. He didn’t greet me and simply told me that I needed to use the drive-thru. Despite the staff standing around, I decided to take my business elsewhere for my 7-year-old's meal. This place does not reflect the standards expected from McDonald's. I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone order from this unprofessional and unsanitary establishment.
If I could give a negative 10 that would be my rating for this nasty lowdown place, with that fat nasty ghetto ass **** working at the drive thru window with no uniform or gloves on, very rude, and nasty! I ordered a Big Mac meal, and a Double Quarter Pounder Meal, the Big Mac had no sauce both patties was burnt not edible at all, the Double Quarter ponder was burnt on the outside, raw in the middle! I will be calling their corporate, and the health inspector this is unacceptable!
This is the worst McDonald's in Southfield. The customer service is nonexistent. The cleanliness is enough to make you vomit... just look inside when you're at the window and you'll see for yourself.There's always an issue here. It's like the owner hires friends and family with no regards for training or customer service.
Can I give this place less than zero stars? I've only been here five times in the last 20 years, and each time has been a disappointing experience. They're either cash-only (and they can't provide change) or they're closed even during the day. On the rare occasion that I visit, they're usually out of everything.

This was the worst experience. I'm not sure why I even came here since there aren't many quick options near my workplace. I ordered a meal by its number, but the cashier only entered the nuggets and drink separately. I had to ask at the window where my fries were, and they weren’t included. Very disappointing.
Waited 20 minutes in line on top of that the staff felt hostile. My spicy crispy chicken sandwich was missing pickles plus had practically no sauce. The bun was burnt and patty just looked unlike any other time I’ve had their food. I strongly suggest skipping this McDonald’s.
Ordered inside. Place is filthy. Workers are unskilled and struggling. After waiting 20-minutes inside, food came out cold with the wrong burgers. How difficult can it be, it’s McDonalds??
Waited in drive thru line for 20 mins, and never got to place an order!! Got frustrated and left before ever getting up to the menu stand to order.

I just grabbed a bite to eat on my way to the line moves fast and no complain about eating big customer service
Pretty good food just sometimes they don't get the order right and it's not the best for you.
