I was quite frustrated during my recent visit. When I placed my coffee order through the intercom, they repeated it back to me, and everything seemed correct at the payment window. However, when I went to pick up my order, they tried to give me different drinks, insisting that they were what I had ordered. At this point, the wait time in the drive-thru was unacceptable. I felt like I was wasting my money because I ended up being late due to the long wait in my car. It’s clear that the staff need further training.
"I found this restaurant to be quite decent for a quick service lunch. The price per person is budget-friendly, ranging from $1 to $20. I would rate the food a solid 3 out of 5, the service also a 3, and the atmosphere a 3 as well. I recommend trying the bacon and Angus beef burger (served without buns) along with the chips."
I stopped by this restaurant for a quick meal and overall it wasn’t bad. I found the food quality to be quite good. However, the service could use some improvement. They left my order on the counter for me to pick up, but my iced latte was missing. I had to go over to the McCafe section to request my drink.
Each time I come here the crew seem to have a very low care for their job. They need to be retrained to be friendly, efficient and attentive. It’s obviously a morale issue within the store because it’s always like this. Very different from Officer Arena. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Four sundaes. All runny. If id noticed before getting home id have asked for my money back. Not impressed. Will go elsewhere.
