I honestly never post reviews but my experience was so bad that I felt the need to do so. I already feel anxiety when ordering anything, and tonight I mustered up the courage to ask for if a modification was possible. I went to this Mcdonald’s tonight and simply asked if they can substitute the beef pattie’s with chicken for the big mac (I saw a tiktok trend of this felt excited because I don’t eat beef). The lady who was working the drive thru snapped and shouted “NO THATS NOT POSSIBLE”. Stunned by how rude she was, I stayed silent for a few and asked for more time. This McDonald's location is definitely struggling. I’ve never had a smooth experience here, whether it was receiving the wrong drink, missing cheese on my orders, or getting a medium fries container filled with burned, stale fries. I've noticed a group of confused people hanging around outside, and the drive-thru line often extends to the road. I would recommend visiting the McDonald's at the corner of Durham and Helen instead, even if it's a bit of a detour.
One of the better Mcd's locations I've been to. Service is fast, drive through is managed well. My order is almost always served fresh and correctly with everything I ordered. Coffee is fresh and brewed well. Iced teas are cold and well brewed also. I usually just go for breakfast which never disappoints. Hash browns are hot and crispy. Eggs are never overcooked and the biscuits and mcmuffins are done well too.
eating is what they expect at a mcdonald 's. the administration of this franchise is skeptical. in contrast to other mcdonald 's there is no beverage bar because of covid . they also won't fill their drink on the counter because of covid . I ordered food at the restaurant and received a number. The sign indicated that I should place it on the table. After waiting for 25 minutes without any food being served, I decided to go to the register to find out what was happening with my order, which was supposed to be for takeout. They never called my name or number. I would rate the service a 1 out of 5.
The woman who hands out orders at the window during lunchtime on weekdays is one of the sweetest people I've experienced at a fast food restaurant. The rest of the staff is also professional. The store is clean. The drive thru times are always fast. Inside wait times can be longer.They often add cheese when I ask for no cheese.
I've never had a bad experience here until now. The "manager" was incredibly rude. I provided her with a code, but she claimed it didn’t work, and I honestly don't understand why. I'm pretty sure the issue was on her end. I also ordered a medium-sized fry, but she hardly gave me any explanation about it!

Edison Piscataway, NJ McDonald's I find to be the better tasting ones. They just seem to have better service. More helpful. Just my opinion.Parking: Handicapped parking availability. Plenty of parking.
