This restaurant has extremely poor service. Many of the employees seem unfamiliar with the cash register system, particularly the rewards program that has been in place for years. One of the most frustrating moments was when a cashier was chatting on her cell phone during her shift. Although the food may be decent, it takes an incredibly long time to be served, especially given that there are plenty of staff members on duty. I stopped by this restaurant with my kids for a quick dinner at 7:00 on our way home, and I was impressed by how polite the staff was in getting our food to us. At the end of our meal, my 6-year-old accidentally knocked over his milkshake while trying to push the door open. Without hesitation, they handed him a new milkshake. He was upset about the mess, and I wanted to help clean it up, but they reassured us and didn’t make a big deal out of it. It's often the small gestures that stand out and make you appreciate good service, and I believe they deserve some extra recognition for that!
I went through the drive-thru, and to my surprise, everything went smoothly and quickly. They got my order right, and the food was still hot. The fries had the perfect amount of salt. However, I asked for Hi-C orange drink but received orange soda instead. When I inquired about it, they informed me that they had run out of Hi-C and decided for me that I would be satisfied with orange soda. Wow.

This McDonald's is generally pretty good. Most of the time, my food is ready, and I rarely encounter issues with my order. Occasionally, I receive cold fries, but that's quite rare. Overall, compared to other McDonald's locations, this one stands out positively.
Best employee ever really kind and honest... not as bad that they review it... fries could have little bit of more salt. Very clean place and following all the rules to keep customer safe and satisfied
