ehh, quite disappointed about my order. paid $45 for 5 burgers and some fried to deliver and the burgers lacked the half of the article. on the burgers there was no wobble, and there was only one pickel on one of the burgers, the rest had none. I know there's a salate deficiency, but I've never heard of a wobble or a pickle deficiency? but if this is the case, they must leave a note online and let customers know. we still pay full price for our items. so if there was a lack of wobbles, then not your fault, but again, they must let the people know. And how for pickles, why has one of my burgers a pickle and the rest had no? if there was a pickle button, they would think there was nothing at a...
I waited 15 minutes for my order of a Happy Meal, McChickens, and some fries, and nobody seemed to notice me during that time to check if I was ordering or picking up. There was a woman who had to wait almost as long to place her order as I did to get my food. My daughter needed to use the restroom, and I can only say that we both have a lasting impression of the state of the women's restroom and the baby changing area. I understand that many fast-food places are currently understaffed, but it’s becoming increasingly unpleasant to visit McDonald's, no matter the location. After our long wait, the food was substandard— the fries were dry, and the McChicken looked like it had been squished....
I ordered dinner for our family after having given birth 2 days prior so we were after an easy takeaway dinner after a busy and stressful couple of days. They forgot my sons burger. I called straight away and was told they could send me vouchers or get the entire order replaced if I wanted to come in at a later date. So my partner went in another time thinking that we were getting our entire order as promised no they would only replace the one burger. This is the 3rd time this had happened to us (them leaving out items) when ordering delivery. Not good enough. I don’t expect perfection but for god sakes honour your promises at least especially when it was no fault of ours.
You know what your getting from a fast food chain. However, the service and quality of the food today was atrocious. The drive through cashier was rude and kept interrupting when we giving her our order, saying “drive though”. There was a half burger (that we didn’t order) stuck to bottom of the bag. The chip boxes all had half the amount of chips they were supposed to have. Multiple items missing from our order. We found someone’s hair in the burgers. I have been there before and had no issues with service or food quality. I don’t whether they are under new management or have new staff members, but the place is seriously sub par. Absolutely rubbish service. Waited at least 15 minutes sitting in the driveway. Ordered a cheeseburger meal and a frappe. Firstly, none of the staff were in uniform. Very unprofessional. Secondly, the way the drive through attendant spoke to me was VERY rude. Thirdly, they tried to give me the completely wrong order first, then made me wait another 10 minutes before getting my order. And finally, upon getting home, realised they hadnt put a meat patty in my cheeseburger! Absolutely garbage McDonalds. They should be ashamed of the service they're providing. Someone needs to be fired.
This is an example of how not to run a fast food outlet. If you run your own fast food business, it 's worth a trip to watch how bad things can be. Almost every order I have seen is wrong for every customer and the staff When they have some) are both rude and untrained. It is best to avoid this place as you may not get what you order. If they let you place your order. Having a person scream at you IS THAT ALL over and over again, with cold coffee and upside down burgers, cold chips, etc not worth it. Tested 10 times Rating One.
The restrooms left much to be desired. While they didn't smell overly unpleasant, the soap dispenser was completely empty, and the toilet paper was only hanging on the hook behind the door. Also, one of the stalls was closed, seemingly with no one inside, even though the sensor lights turned on as I walked in. However, overall, the experience was still positive.
Not friendly for people with disabilities. Everything is self service, there’s no menu at the main counter. So, if you have issues with arthritis or using your hands, reaching the screens from a wheel chair, or perhaps are an elderly person who is not familiar with touch screen service, I would not recommend this restaurant. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere both indoors and outdoors. The customer service was consistently polite. I ordered a frappe, which was a delightful treat. The staff was quick to fulfill my order. I definitely plan to return.
