I went to this McDonald?s today August 3, 2021, I will not blame the customer service on all the employees but, the server she was horrible. I got in my car something told me to check on my order. When I looked in the bag they only gave me one burrito.It?s supposed to be 2, that?s what I ordered. So when I came back (I forgot to mention that the parking over there is horrible)the short hispanic server gave me the burrito with no problem. When I took a bite of the burrito it didn?t have the green redpeppers on it?!?! I visited this McDonald’s on August 3, 2021. While I won’t blame all the employees, the server I encountered was very unpleasant. After leaving, something prompted me to check my order in the car, and I realized they only gave me one burrito instead of the two I ordered. When I returned—though I must mention the parking situation there is terrible—the server handed me the missing burrito without issue. This location is absolutely wonderful! The restaurant is spotless, and there are plenty of seating options available on the second floor. It's beautifully decorated with a lovely seating arrangement, and the picnic tables provide a nice touch for enjoying your meal. The staff is friendly and courteous, the service is prompt, and the food is delicious. I believe they prepare the dishes fresh when customers place their orders, unlike other places where food can be overcooked in warming trays or steamers. I will definitely be coming back!
The place is very clean, even the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor where the senior stays long. The food is freshly good. The staff is good, I even witnessed the the manager(supervisor) gave 1 free hash brown to this young woman. Maybe a little adjustment to their app ordering, there was little mishap on my order. Although I was given less courteous in compare to that young woman. The restroom is closed, even for customers.

I've been visiting this McDonald's for as long as I can remember. It's a bit grimy and dirty, typical for any NYC location. I can't blame the staff for that. The workers are friendly, and if there's ever an error with my order, they do their best to correct it. Overall, I would rate it 5/5 and would definitely visit again.
I visited McDonald's to grab a quick meal after finishing my shift at work. I ordered two sandwiches, but when I bit into both of them, I discovered 4-5 fragments that were either bone or plastic. This experience was disappointing, as I've always expected better quality from this location.
Came here to buy a pickmeup meal after getting my butt handed to me at work. Got 2 mchicken sandwiches. When I bit into BOTH of them, idk if it was bone or plastic but I found 4-5 fragments total from them. Not getting anything but fries from here atbest, like ever again.
Glad the ice cream machine is working! Orders start coming out incomplete once the rushes hit, so double check your orders before leaving the store. Kiosks tend to run out of paper, so take photos of your numbers. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Built up points to spend, with couple deals on the meal app. They have upper floors to sit depend on the time of the day. They have McDonald’s Wi-Fi but do limit depends on the amount of people and time.
There were itmes missing in my order, tried to call the store and the is outdated. Very disappointed because is not the first time this happens.
