Fantastic service first time at this point. I did not order salt frits with my meal, and inadvertently, one of the employees placed the fresh basket in the container with the other frits. No big deal, maybe an 8-10 minutes wait overall while they freshened and I didn't mind. The young woman working on the counter apologised not only, but a lot to my surprise I got a free meal voucher for my waiting period. This type of customer service is rare, unexpected and highly appreciated. I just started working the area and will definitely be back, would give 6 stars if I could.
That's a good McDonalds. The store is clean and well designed. You have the new ordered kiosks, so you can place your order yourself and they will bring it to you. Very cool! I like to get the hot Fudge Sunday, which is really good here. I recommend eating this place a quick bite.
Mildly awkward setting considering the amount of space in the store. I will say that while the staff is hard working they need more people. The store is very clean and the food was hot except for the fries. Overall not bad.
Always get hot food and great service in the drive thru. The young lady named Kelsey is fantastic.
