The closing times are really screwed up. There's often people inside in the evenings but there are cones in the drive thru and locked doors. Several times I've gotten Uber Eats orders from here in the evening, when their times on Google say they should be open, but same thing cones in the drive thru and locked doors with workers inside. They also wont answer the phone at these times. It's not difficult to change your hours online and cancel orders when you're closed. You waste everyone's time.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is the fifth time I’ve visited this McDonald's in the last three days, and my fries have not been fresh each time, despite my request. Additionally, there was no ranch dressing in my bag, even though I specifically asked for it multiple times. I had to keep returning to get more. I'm extremely disappointed. The McDoubles are a solid 10/10, which is the only reason I'm giving one star. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I spent nearly $50 there and one of my burgers was overcooked! I tried calling to resolve the issue, but no one answered. I'm 7 weeks pregnant, so this is a concern for me! Please fix this!
