Wow. This had to be the worst experience I have ever encountered at any establishment. Never have I experienced such rude management. Learn to take responsibility for your mistakes and hold your employees accountable. Fries are not that expensive and if a customer ordered a LARGE meal, even if the employee puts the order in incorrectly, you honor that because it is not at the customers disposal. I never had to argue so much with management over correcting my order, let alone FRENCH FRIES. And I will be contacting corporate because this is just absolutely ridiculous. The customer service at McDonald's was absolutely terrible. The woman behind the counter had an incredibly rude and unwarranted attitude. Although I understand that my app order was mistakenly categorized under Grubhub, her negative tone was unacceptable, and she even snatched the bag from my hand as I was trying to check it. My order was missing an item, and instead of offering assistance, she simply glared at me. Fortunately, another very kind employee came over, checked my order, and brought me the missing fries from the menu. Despite this help, I will never return to this McDonald's again.
When I arrived, there was no one at the counter, and I had a hard time figuring out the ordering kiosk. After I asked about the computer, a staff member finally came over to take my order. I chose the Crispy Chicken sandwich, but it was just a piece of fried chicken with two pickles on a dry bun—not at all what I expected from the picture. I only came here because my granddaughter wanted to go. Unfortunately, McDonald's really let me down this time. On a positive note, I will say the restaurant was clean.
I didn’t receive a receipt after my meal, and I forgot to ask for one at the time. I was disappointed that they didn’t have diced apples for my oatmeal. When I asked if I could get some apples, I was told I would have to pay extra for sliced apples because they don’t serve diced apples, citing that the apples were "bad." If they’re going to withhold items that are typically included with the oatmeal, they should really consider lowering the price. On top of that, I still left without a receipt.

All the Staff members with a big a smile every time I go there at 7:00 AM, this location has the most friendly people that I ever see. I go there everyday and I receive an amazing service from each them. A big applause for all you!!! Keep going.
The McCock sandwich was one of the best I've ever tasted. It was wonderfully thick and juicy, with just the right amount of moisture. My only issue was that it didn't have the finishing touch I anticipated. Overall, it's a fantastic sandwich!
Late AM breakfast of cheese and egg biscuits with coffee. Service was fast and efficient. Food was well prepared and tasty.
