I wish I could give zero stars, but I have to give one in order to leave a review. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! I've visited this location three times since it's on my way to work, but now I'll go out of my way to find another one. The staff is rude and slow, even when there’s no one in line at the drive-thru or inside. Additionally, there seems to be a major communication issue since no one there speaks English. I thought McDonald's was an American company meant to serve American customers in their native language. It's fine to speak Spanish, but it's frustrating when an English-speaking customer can't be served in English.
Worst drive through. Always slow. Incompetent staff is problem. They are always chit-chatting. One of the two drive through lanes is usually closed off with orange cones. The registers go bonkers often and slow things down even more (that's one of their favorite excuses). Its pathetic in the mornings. I've often just driven back out without ordering afraid to be late for work. The blonde manager is inept. They are always running around almost numbing into each other. This place is badly managed.
I've been visiting this McDonald's since it first opened many years ago. The restaurant has been remodeled three times, and I consistently find myself comparing it to other locations in Miami. None of them meet my expectations like this one does. The service here is prompt—if your order takes longer, you can park, and the food will be brought to you shortly. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Plus, it's conveniently located on an accessible road, making it easy to get in and out.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The staff is unresponsive and takes a long time to take orders. The food preparation is also very slow. It's best to avoid coming here, as you will likely wait a long time just to have your order taken and receive your food.
Rude people no smile had so much attitude even when I ask for the sauce they looked at me like I need something else. Train them. It's a corporate business not family owned. Mr. Head of the store trained them with better training
The early morning staff was super friendly and welcomed all customers. They have an obvious rapor with the locals folks which gives the place a comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely come again.

The restaurant only offers drive-thru service, but the service is quick. The new guava and cheese pastries are delicious and reasonably priced.
