We ordered two big Mac and specifically mentioned to replace the beef with chicken for one of the big Mac from the order. The person who requested for replacing the beef with chicken was strictly because of the religious reasons but this attitude from an intolerant manager was completely unacceptable and unforgivable. They gave both beef big Mac to us and when we brought it to the attention of the attendant at the counter, she called the manager. The manager did not even apologize for the mistake and started arguing over the money that needs to be paid to get the Big Mac with chicken. I went through the drive-thru to get my children the advertised dinosaur Happy Meals, only to discover at home that they came with Spider-Man toys instead. We weren't informed about the substitution, and my kids were very disappointed.
