I ordered through the mobile app and paid for my food as soon as I arrived. 11 minutes had passed before I went inside to wait for another 5 minutes while seeing the curbside delivery basket for spot 3 was just sitting there. At least 3 differentemployees passed by as I stood there waiting for my food. The manager on duty looked overwhelmed and understaffed. I empathizewith the situation but the level of service and this experience was terrible and a break of contract for that the mobilecurbside delivery is supposed to be. There was no greeting of acknowledging the fact that i needed service despite multipleemployees looking me right in the eyes.
Having lived in this area for years, I can say that this McDonald's has typically been an acceptable location. However, the recent hires for the night shift have really brought customer service to a new low. They've been charging incorrect amounts on cards, providing no greetings (which I could overlook, but it’s puzzling why they always seem so unhappy), and there are long wait times even when there are only a few people in line. The food is decent, but it's the service that has led me to avoid eating here for now, at least until they improve their customer service.
Very great quality hamburgers not greasy buns 1 French fries very hot fresh soft 2 Ice cream was cold didn't melt was great! 3 Bathrooms were very clean like new 4 Staff was very friendly hard workers with good attitude 5 I give this a 10 star rating. Fot this McDonalds and would be very sad if they went out of businesses!! stop with the one star negative reviews weirdos!! Ur not gonna get free food that way!
I will never go back to this location ever again. My food was not ready when I went to the pick-up window .So they had me go to a reserved parking spot for drive thru guest to wait additional time. . I waited for a total of 20 min before I just decided the food was not worth it.. i had to go inside and ask for my money back with no apology given. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The slowest staff I've ever encountered at a McDonald's. A drive-thru customer waited 20 minutes before they asked her to pull over. She came inside visibly upset. My order took ages as well. Most of the employees seemed unmotivated, except for the cleaning staff who was doing a fantastic job!
We took our kids for Happy Meals after the park on our ride home and this was in one box when we got home. We've tried to call several time's with no answer. I won't get started on the wait it took to get our food!
This restaurant is incredibly rude and very disorganized. The staff seems to be scattered everywhere, and we had to wait an eternity for our food. The overall experience was extremely unprofessional.
They have a very good staff, and excellent customer service. All the order was very organized and separate the same way I asked them. Napkins, ketchup in the bags. Thanks for the good service. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Great customer svc. Got my food fast but soda was all seltzer water. Wish they had a way to be notified when the syrup runs out like an alarm!
