I stopped by to pick up a quick breakfast for my daughter and a coffee on November 20th at 10:30 AM. Since I ordered online, my pick-up was quick and I didn't have to wait in line. However, I noticed a lot of people in the lobby waiting for their food and to place their orders. The way some customers were treating the McDonald's employees was really distressing. During the 20 minutes I sat at my table, I witnessed nothing but complaints and angry outbursts directed at the staff. We absolutely love this McDonald's! My son and I visit almost every day for breakfast and always dine in. The staff here work incredibly hard, even though this location is extremely busy. Despite the high volume of customers, they consistently manage to get our orders correct. Whether I place a mobile order, pick up inside, use the drive-thru, or curbside service, they always fulfill our custom requests accurately. If there’s ever a mistake, they fix it without hesitation. Each morning, the cleaning crew is busy mopping and tidying up both inside and outside the restaurant. There's always a manager present, contributing to the hustle as well. I came across several negative reviews and decided to share my own experience. This is by far our favorite local spot. The indoor play area is incredibly fun and well-designed, and I appreciate that there is bathroom access right within the play zone, which makes it feel very safe. There are usually plenty of kids around for my children to play with, but it never feels overcrowded. The staff is friendly and delivers our food directly to our table. While it could be a bit cleaner, it’s still acceptable overall. It's an affordable place to feed my kids and let them run around for an hour. I'm not sure what others expect, but we always have a fantastic time here!

Placed a mobile order for an iced coffee and waited in curbside pickup spot. 20 minutes later nothing is brought out. People are being served that came in much later after me. Walk in to check on order and the coffee is just sitting there the whole time.Definitely disorganized location and won't be coming back again. Stay away if you can. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I don't want to come across as harsh, but here's the situation: I ordered a Big Mac meal, not a salad. When I went to the pickup window, the girl accidentally gave me a Quarter Pounder meal with a salad instead. I was really pressed for time during lunch today.

I?m only giving a 5 star because of Melissa working the the drive thru, she is was supper nice unlike other people. Best service I have experienced in all my years of going to a McDonalds. ????????
