I arrived in this mcdonalt on Sunday 09/03/2023 at 11:30 at 14 minutes and at 11:45 they didn't open the window, even though I clicked glass 2/3 times, they came after 5 minutes, and I told me I had my order they say cancel it, they say we can't give it, and when I informed them that there is still no progress, including that I waited here for 30 minutes, they said there is a big order, we are busy, so I asked why the internet accepts this order, no answer, the cars outside are waiting for 15 20 minutes each, the manager inside is not working. he doesn't care about anything he just looks at the screens he can't do anything it's just a waste of time in this workplace the working conditions ar...
I was at McDonald's because I was pretty hungry, but now I'm thinking about not going back. I ordered a double cheese burger with a medium fry. The burger was cold, and the cheese wasn't even melted. They tried to give ne stale fries when they just finished making fresh fries. They service was poor too. The lady saw me waiting to order and decided to talk to the other employees. She literally doged my order too and went to someone else. Another lady had to come and take my order. I don't even remember her name, but props to her for taking the initiative to take my order and a few others. I don't even think I want to eat McDonald's again.
Terrible customer service. The ice cream machine frappe machine McCafe machine is most of the time not available. Majority of the employees seem to be very young and with attitudes. They are not welcoming at all and the manager is worse. Every time Igo here they always mess up my order and it?s just so frustrating. The food is served cold most of the time. It?s ridiculous. Iwill no longer go to this Mc Donald?s.
They horrible for late night service, they are extremely slow, some nights they will say they are closed when clearly I ordered from the app and it took my money!!! So when I said I was going to send emails they quickly opened up and gave me myfood. During the day time they are great but the overnight crew is terrible!!!

Walk in kiosk order took 30 plus minutes to prepare for two meals talked to multiple employees on what happened nobody knows anything even the manager. No receipt was given even when I asked and no free items was offered for the horrible wait. Badmanagement!
My kids and I visited this location for the first time. I would not recommend to dine in to anyone. All the tables and chairs were dirty. The staff were friendly but a clean environment should be first.
‘ the manager was very nasty and she allowed public servant at the register while we had to order at the key center area kick her out of here already slim .
I would give a rating for the food, but I never received any. The system crashed right after I placed my order.

Service is terrible. They are so slow, sometimes I just leave and get something to eat somewhere else.
It's ok for the most part, just stopped by to get my 2 year old nephew a happy meal.
