Sadly my local Maccas. Order is always poor. Either you get the wrong thing, they forget something or the quality is shocking. Fries are ALWAYS cold and generally soggy, coffee is random and lukewarm which spills down the side of your cup which get all over your hand. Got a cheeseburger the other night with the cheese OUT of the burger, stuck on the wrapper??????? Don’t bother, head 100m away to the charcoal chicken place for a much better feed and value.
15 min wait in drive through after ordering, only 4 cars ahead if me. The 9 fries in the small order were stone cold. No frappes ever (have tried 5 times from this restaurant). Sauce from burger was all over the wrapper. Overall another disappointing service from this Macca's.
Been 3 times in past 2 months and every rime has been my last, this one is. Cold, reheated dry burger patty with only half size chips in the poke. Easily the worst Maccas I've had. Not sure what's happened to this place but the foods terrible. The staff are OK though.
This Maccas is not even worth 1 dot! The place was empty, the floor was sticky everywhere you walked, nearly every table had rubbish on it on was unclean and homeless people are sleeping on the benches in the back of the restaurant. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Went for a visit through drive through in McDonald's charnwood at about 2:30 am the lovely order taker named tiff as I asked for her name and of course the lovely over night manager she said her name was susan
Never a real fan of the food. Tonight’s was particularly disgusting. Cold, soggy chips, burger roll was stale dry. Almost inedible. Never again
Consistently the worst McCafe in Australia. Staff who don't give a stuff. The coffee is 3/10 and they struggle to make a sandwich.
