I've never actually been inside to experience the atmosphere, so I can't give it a full 5 stars. The 4-star rating is mainly due to the challenges of getting in and out. That said, I've always received fresh, hot food from this location, and my order has only been incorrect once. I appreciate that they don't skimp on the size of their Big Macs here—I still need two hands to hold it! However, I was disappointed that the adult Happy Meal, which was advertised, wasn't available. The McDonald's in Severn definitely seems to be playing tricks!
Worst McDonalds ever and I think its the manager but when I asked for sweet and sour he told me no bc I didn't order nuggets and everytime I dash here he is rude and unpleasant! And I asked for a water cup once to get water he said he doesn't give out water cups and the next day I picked up a dash there and he was giving ppl water cups and the bathrooms are nasty
I always get a number 5 when I go there for lunch and the food is always fresh. The customer service is great as well; the stylish lady at the counter is the best; asks you how your day is, shares a joke or two, then makes sure you get your food nice and quickly. My favorite location by far.
Yeah. I can give them a 5 now. The last couple of months I have finally been going back. Something changed for the good. Food is hot, staff is nice now. We mainly go through the drive

The drive-thru never seems to have fries ready, and when they do, they are only half-cooked. Because of this, I prefer to drive a little further to the McDonald's at Arundel Mills.
This McDonald's is really great! They accidentally got one of our sandwiches wrong, but they quickly made a new one for us and even offered a free pie as an apology.
Standard McDonald's. The drive though blocks many parking spots. Condiments still held hostage behind the counter.
Great value, served hot with all special instructions perfectly followed.
