The cashiers are extremely rude they were laughing at a homeless man as a little girl gave a homeless man a mcchicken and he ate it , the cashiers were laughing very hard at him when they had no business minding what he was doing . The 3 Spanish cashiersare extremely disrespectful for doing that to a innocent man who just wanted to eat . As I went to ask him what he wanted to eathe decided he didn?t want anything due to the fact that the cashiers humiliated him . Won?t ever come back to this McDonald?sand I hope karma gets those 3 females that were cashier in Saturday July 2nd , morning shift 12pm.
The staff has often been unfriendly and seemed indifferent to their customers. However, I'd like to revise my review: the new management has made notable improvements. The food is now consistently served hot, and the team has shown significant enhancement in their service. I'm really impressed with how quickly they addressed the issues from the previous management. This location is definitely superior to the one on Baltimore Avenue near the bank.
the drive thru personnel are very courteous okay cuz sometimes they're not all that helpful. They will confuse your order and make sure that you have them read it back. That being said we can extra effort still make your experience Pleasant even if youhad to an exorbitant amount for something stupid
Staff is always rude. They don't care about their guests. Update: the new management team has made really big changes the food is always hot and the team is better. I'm surprised at how quick they bounced back from the bad leadership problem. Way betterthan. The baltimore ave location by the bank.
