Typically go to this one often. Routinely the registers go down and its cash only. I typically only go in the morning. Service is quick, food hot right. No complaints My most recent visit tonight was horrible. Bad customer service. Left in line behind a broken down car. Cars behind me were serviced and squeezed in line 1st. Worker who ignored me finally took my payment after 2 attempts to flag him down. Almost took my card to another vehicle. My attempt to speak to the manager resulted in her venting to me about an angry customer in the back demanding free food. Definitely needs training for handling busy lines and stressful situations. My family and I visit this McDonald's frequently. Due to Covid, we now use the Drive-Thru instead of dining in. Although they've tried to improve service by having staff take orders at the Drive-Thru and runners handle payments at the window, it seems the quality of the food and service has declined. On multiple occasions, I ordered a large fries but received a half-filled cup, more like a medium, which isn't what I paid for. I also ordered the Filet-O-Fish sandwich, which is usually a favorite, but lately the tartar sauce tastes off. These may seem like minor issues, but they're becoming a regular pattern and are making me reconsider whether to continue visiting this location or try other b...
At McDonald's, the fries arrived ice cold, and although I didn't order spicy chicken, that's what I received. There were no napkins or extra ketchup packets included, and the chicken had no ketchup on it. Overall, I was quite disappointed. The tea from the menu was okay, at least it was drinkable.
I asked for my sausage egg McGriddle without cheese, but instead, they gave me one with cheese and no egg. I just took off the cheese, and it was still good. They also didn't make my iced coffee the way I asked. The only item they got right was the Minute Maid.

Sweet tea is 1.59 at this location and they refuse to give lemons unless you ask for refund. Also dont know how to not put mayo on sandwiches. Lucky im not allergic to eggs.
The food quality was underwhelming; the orange Hi-C seemed diluted, the fries were served cold, and the McFlurry had very little filling.
Fearable night shift... I don't feel safe when I order there at 3:00 after leaving. They are rude and I feel like my food is played with
All of our food was cold, and we had to heat it up before eating. The cheese on my fish sandwich wasn't melted and just slid right off.

Clean toilets at 7:30. Then they give me that doll of a frappé?. The toilet for men also has a Changing Pad that is really cool.
My experience at the McDonald's drive-thru was quite efficient, and the menu offered a good variety to choose from.
