I had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald's. I hadn't visited in 10 years, and after this, I don't plan to return. I waited 27 minutes for two large fries. When I asked to speak with a manager to request a refund, I was told that no one was available. I ended up leaving without eating anything, and my request for assistance was completely ignored. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This has been a complete waste of time. McDonald's, you should be ashamed.
The bathrooms and windows were very dirty, this made me feel the kitchen would also be dirty, so my family and I did not order food. I feel a reflection of management. The mirrors were covered in dirt, the floor was not chopped and garbage over, not to mention toilets look like you're catching something you don't want. The windows in this restaurant looked like they didn't clean well. Presentation is very important.
This is one of the better McDonald's locations. Although there can be long lines, they manage to serve customers quickly and accurately. Like most fast food restaurants, there are occasional issues, but this location handles them much better than others, which often seem to struggle indefinitely. Overall, it's a solid choice!
McDonald's is one of the best fast food options out there. The Sprite, however, could use some improvement as it feels a bit rough. It gets busy AF so sometimes you end up waiting in the drive through for a long time. But this is the only mcdonald's in the area that has never messed up my order or forgotten something, and the only one that keeps their ice cream machine on all night so they're the OGs.
Extra pretty Frappe today, the whip cream to the top of the cover! I always look into the cute little yellow handled bag to see how high it is. Ive had over 100 McCafe Frappes in the past 4 months; so I have a means of comparison. Yeah McDonalds!!! Yeah Door Dash!!!
I ordered Happy Meals, but they forgot to include the fries in both of them. This isn't the first time I've had this issue at this location. The Towson McDonald's on York Road is arguably one of the worst locations I have ever visited.
The McCafe Frappe is absolutely incredible! I'm a lively 78-year-old, and I've been enjoying one every morning since February 4th. That definitely says a lot! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
