Michael, I wanted to tell you first how absolutely pampered we are in this county to own you, your family and your company and operate our local McDonalds. It only takes a visit outside our circle to see how standards are not the same everywhere. Their facilities are always very well maintained inside and outside. They are constantly updated and I love to see how they have developed in the last 18 years as residents. Top quality is also an important feature for your product. McDonald's has been really good and consistent lately. They have been very good with accommodating the busy drive-thru volume during the pandemic. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because it's getting expensive and the portion size smaller. Otherwise satisfied.
