The kids love the huge play place. Employees came through pretty often to wipe down tables. I like the option to order through the app (one of the happy meals was free because we ordered using the app), at the kiosk, or in-person. They brought our food out to us and even asked if we wanted refills. The kids played for almost two hours in the giant play area and still wanted to stay longer. The one area that was pretty bad was the men's restroom, but I think that was more of a bad customer than poor cleaning because it was fixed quickly. It can be a tough area to get in and out of during rush hour, so just be aware. So, so, so much better than the McDonald's near us. I'd definitely come back...
I just left the drive thru the wait before anyone answered the intercom to take my order was over 5 minutes. I couldn't understand the girl when she did answer. I get to the window to pay I found out why. She was chewing on a straw and I still couldn't understand her when she took my money she never took the straw out of her mouth! So I get to the pick up window they want to know if I paid that girl before I can even have my order! What the this place is bad so bad who is supervising the late crew. Tried to order a 4 for 4, the order taker acted like they did not know what I was talking about. After 5 minutes of working through the details, we get up to the window and they said $8.35. I asked why it was so high and they said I had ordered (2) 4 for 4. I didnt, but I really didn't want to go through the hassle of changing the order. There were 3 people trying to get the order taking right. They handed the card and receipt back to me without another word.Got up to the pick up window, got handed my stuff , and they closed the window without any verbal communication at all. Food was as expected, but customer service was severely lacking.
absolutely the worst customer service an almost food restaurant could give a customer! unfriendly, no courteousness, laziness, and just an absurd and ridiculous experience on all the way! this place has a terrible taste for mcdonald’s in my mouth, they really need to fire, whoever it is, who answers the loudspeaker and takes the order, because he for a lack of better words ignorant unprofessional and had a attitude from absolutely no reason if we just try to get dinner at a place again, but we eat

fast good service. the best mcdonald’s visit that I still had. the cashier had a smile and seemed she was just happy what is pleasant to see. in most mcdonald’s the most time to go, is just a hurry that comes out of the atmosphere and they advise them to order them. Here was the money I had tonight, great. I hope she will be recognized for it! about 11:20 in the pay window.
The employees were super nice in the drive-thru but when I got home I realized I was missing a burger (I wasn't charged for it thankfully) and I was given the wrong dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets. I went to this location because apparently the one on Rodney Parham has been closed down.
Chase and his crew were all in Christmas spirit, even happy to all take a selfie to post. Everything hot and perfect. So appreciative as I was by self this day.
