Hello Despite the goodwill of the staff, I have to admit that I've been here for more than 4 years but that the quality of the service has not improved I tell myself every time it's the last one, but I really think it will be this time. To take away there are missing items, or they never arrive and on site the meal is always cold. I also don't understand why this back mc didn't go to refillable dishes? I still want to point out that the staff is still very kind (from which my 2 stars).
We did not have a problem with the order as others mention it, but it is certain that motivation and friendliness are lacking for staff. And above all, what a horror this provision of places; on three levels, only stairs, all piled up. Totally inadapted to families with young children and even more to PMRs.
I just bought (Wednesday December 6 at 8:55 pm) a big tasty and a hot drink (daim) , the Mc donald is clean , the service is impeccable , the people who serve are very clean, the meat is tender ,sandwich served hot .I asked for a 2nd bag for the drink , we gave it to me . RAS I recommend

At each order there are errors. And very little room accessible without stairs. And fresh pastries.
To my eyes the best restaurant in the city, always a safe value
