Some of the staff members are quite rude. They were really busy tonight, and instead of confirming my order, they just told me my total. It's basic customer service to read back the order before asking for payment. When I asked for clarification on my order, they responded with an attitude and then slammed the window shut after telling me. It seems like the drive-thru employees often prioritize their gossip over serving customers during busy times. Additionally, the fries they gave me were always cold and unsalted. It feels like they treat ordering at the drive-thru like a burden, rushing me to finish my order as quickly as possible.
Awful customer service! We ordered two McChicken meals and a large fry. After paying at the drive-thru window, we weren’t given a receipt. When we reached the second window to pick up our food, we noticed the large fry was missing. We went back to explain the situation, but they refused to give us the large fry since we didn't have a receipt. The cashier hadn’t given us one in the first place. The manager, a Black woman with curly hair, was unhelpful. Overall, it was a terrible experience! I wouldn't recommend this place!
Thanks to the consistently terrible morning service that has been the norm for years, I’ve started making my own turkey sausage breakfast sandwiches at home. It’s much faster to prepare my own breakfast than to rely on McDonald’s. I can’t even recall the last time I visited and the ketchup dispensers were functioning—neither of them worked. And as for corporate policies, it’s frustrating that there are no gluten-free bun options available, especially since we have a wheat allergy. We’re treated like outcasts.
I had my first McRib, and I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful it was. I had expected it to contain real rib meat, though. The Macha Frappuccino was as amazing as always. Next time, I'm definitely looking forward to trying an applesitter!

I went to McDonalds two days in a row for lunch. My usual order is two fillet of fish sandwiches with extra tartar sauce. The sandwiches were excellent both times. Hot, juicy, with the extra tartar sauce, they were perfect!
The food was only mediocre and not served hot. The total cost was around $10. For the same price, you could get a complete meal at Denny's, which would be of better quality.
We canceled our order because the cashier was rude, and the refund took a very long time. Additionally, we were charged for two orders instead of one.
Damon white served me 2 days ago and he made my experience so much better! gave me free sauce ? can’t believe they stopped all day breakfast tho ?

The food here is good, but the staff could benefit from some training, like what they have at Chick-fil-A. They seem a bit unhappy and quiet.
The staff was unfriendly. I recommend going to a different location instead.
