Drive thru is a disaster and they're extremely slow.I get that it's so hard to communicate with the outside delivery service that you decided to pair up with and I know people make mistakes.... with that being said, your mistake or Door Dashes mistake should not equal my problem, but for some reason it is my problem and my job to fix it. I probably should have looked in the huge bag you put one shake into and not assumed it was the correct order, but guess what? I'm busy too! So I just paid $30 for a shake and nobody wants to take the blame for it and this Mcdonald's still sucks ?
I was picking up an order for my mom who ordered online. They refused to give me the order because the phone wasn't in my possession. If that is the policy, it should be stated more clearly. Two out of the three people who were addressing the situation were completely rude. I feel as though this restaurant needs better management.
They know me pretty well by now, so I won’t go on too much, haha. Even when the food truck arrives at 4:30 PM on Fridays, you hardly have to wait long for delicious, hot meals. They really know how to make a good shake, and my wife loves their espresso! Thank you to the whole team!
Either my phone or I messed up with the app, and I mistakenly thought I could use my points. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. However, the guy with the red curly hair was incredibly helpful. He was not only beautiful but also very patient with everything.

This is one of the quickest McDonald's locations I've visited. I did receive an undercooked burger on one occasion, but they addressed the issue promptly. Overall, service has always been fast.
The service was exceptional! The Big Mac was loaded with fresh salad. The cashier assumed we wanted the larger portions, so we ended up getting the big meal.
Connie that works to order the window is amazing!!! Your attitude infectious!! She'll lift you, no matter what!! My favorite McDonalds!!
Rude, not a have a nice day or would you like your receipt. They got more money and now talk to customers like dogs.
