I recently placed an order through UberEATS, and the estimated delivery time was 10-20 minutes, which was fine since I live just down the street. However, after waiting over 20 minutes and watching my delivery driver take a convoluted route, I decided to call and speak to the manager. When I explained that there was no code number on UberEATS and the order was under my name, he didn’t seem pleased with my answer and hung up on me. As someone who is disabled and relies on delivery for meals, this experience was incredibly frustrating. Fortunately, I was able to cancel my order just in time. I called after noticing that the driver had been waiting for a long time. A staff member informed me that their internet was down, which caused a delay in processing our order. We ended up waiting an hour, and when the food finally arrived, it was stale and incorrect. Instead of the 40 spicy chicken nuggets we ordered, we received old, non-spicy nuggets.
The chicken sandwich was quite disappointing, resembling cardboard in texture. On the other hand, the McDouble was enjoyable. I appreciated the mix-and-match option with the 2 for $3.99 deal, especially since I got free large fries through the app. Overall, the value was excellent, but I won't be ordering the regular chicken sandwich again.
Went on a picnic with my grandson and he wanted McDonald's. He got the McRib and I got the fish sandwich combos. The service was good, everyone was friendly. We enjoyed our lunch at the park. Food good just serves takes for ever what's even worse is that ur standing in line an all the young high school kids from arroyo walk up to the front of the line when ur already in line they go right in front with their friends an they order their food sodisrespectful boys .
I ordered table service, but the server did not deliver my food and kept calling my name instead! The training seems to be poor, especially since my table number was clearly indicated on my receipt!
The fries and 2 cheeseburger meal were cold, as if they had been left out instead of being kept warm or prepared when the driver arrived. I'm really disappointed because this happens way too often.
